02 Order Processing & Handling
- Quality Inspection & Packing: All ready-to-wear pieces undergo a strict quality check before dispatch. Standard processing takes 1 to 3 business days.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) on business days begin processing the same day; orders received on weekends or holidays will be queued for the following business morning.
- Made-to-Order / Tailored Items: Any customized or special-edition items indicate an additional 2–3 business days of crafting time prior to carrier hand-off.
03 Real-Time Tracking Information
Once your shipment leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your dedicated tracking number and a live tracking link.
04 Address Accuracy & Delivery Precautions
Please verify your shipping details thoroughly before completing payment:
- Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact our support team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a package is transferred to the courier, routing changes can no longer be guaranteed.
- Unsuccessful Delivery / Return to Sender: Parcels returned due to incorrect addresses, insufficient postal details, or repeated uncollected courier notices may incur a re-shipping fee.
- Safe Delivery: We recommend selecting a secure physical delivery address. Lady Outfit Hub cannot be held liable for packages marked as delivered by the postal carrier but subsequently lost or stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
05 Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For most destinations, international parcels are processed without additional customs hurdles. However, import duties, taxes, or local customs clearance fees may occasionally be assessed depending on your national customs regulations. These fees are determined by your destination country's government and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
